This early experience shaped her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset that continue to set her apart today.

Dagmar's passion for helping others has always been at the core of her journey. She pursued studies in criminal law and earned her paraprofessional license in special education, reflecting her deep commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and service. Over the years, she has taught CCD, owned and operated a medical transportation company, translated for District 95, and invested in real estate alongside her husband through successful home renovations—further strengthening her understanding of the market from multiple perspectives.

Since becoming a licensed real estate professional, Dagmar has earned several respected designations, including Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), American Warrior Real Estate Professional (AWREP), and recognition as a Keller Williams Agent of Distinction with a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certification.
